NHS Services

Primary Care Trust (PCTs) are local health organisations responsible for managing and commissioning health services in your local area. They work with local authorities and other agencies that provide health and social care locally to make sure the community's needs are being met.

The Primary Care Trust (PCT) can provide you with information on medical services in your area i.e GPs, Dentists, Opticians.

NHS walk-in centres provide treatment for minor injuries and illnesses seven days a week. You don't need an appointment and will be seen by an experienced NHS nurse. To find the nearest centre call NHS Direct.
